Canoa Ranch is a large 55+ active adult community in the southern portion of Green Valley, built around the Canoa Ranch Golf Club — an 18-hole public course designed by Lee Schmidt and Brian Curley. Construction began in 2000 and the community is expected to reach approximately 2,500 homes at completion. Multiple builders have contributed to the neighborhood, offering a variety of floor plans and price points.
