The consultation form asks for a name, email, optional phone, buying/selling interests, area, timing and questions. These details support a response about your request. No protected-trait or creditworthiness decision is made.
What currently works.
Consultation requests are saved in a private Cloudflare D1 database. An automated Gmail notification sends the submitted answers to tomfreeland.realty@gmail.com. The website does not automatically reply to prospects, enroll newsletters, book appointments or export to Follow Up Boss.
Permission to stay in touch.
Permission to reply about your request is separate from the optional, unchecked educational-newsletter choice. Selecting the newsletter option records your choice; it does not currently activate a subscription. No marketing text-message consent is implied.
Browser storage and security.
The form uses a secure, HTTP-only security cookie that expires after 30 minutes. Draft answers and a submission key can stay in this tab’s session storage to support back/refresh and safe repeat submissions. Use Clear this tab’s draft to remove the draft; that does not delete a saved receipt. The hosting platform may use security cookies. No advertising pixels, fingerprinting or visitor-identification analytics are configured. The form service uses a short-lived, hashed network rate-limit key for abuse protection, rotated every ten minutes, with entries older than 24 hours removed on later submissions; it is not used to identify readers or build marketing profiles.
External media.
Fonts are served by this site. YouTube thumbnails and Google Maps load only when you choose their on-page control. Opening a YouTube video, external map or other outside link takes you to that provider, which handles its own information and storage. Your choice here is not shared across visits.
Access and retention.
Inquiry details are kept out of public pages and browser URLs. Access uses owner-authorized administrative tools; no public web inbox is available. Records are retained for manual follow-up and are not automatically deleted on a fixed schedule. Ask about access, correction or deletion by emailing tomfreeland.realty@gmail.com. Do not include sensitive financial, identity or health documents.

The optional source question is your own answer. Campaign parameters on the inquiry URL are recorded separately when submitting; anonymous readers are not inferred to be known contacts.
